Each of our collections begins with a mood board. At the heart of our design process is always a feeling – and the question: How do I want to feel when I wear this piece? We translate that feeling into images, colors, and materials. We find inspiration in special places, in architecture, art, and nature, as well as in people whose style has accompanied us for years and continues to inspire us anew. Once a year, we visit our long-standing partners in China, with whom we’ve been working in a spirit of trust for over ten years to develop our collections together. Our designs take shape in Hangzhou, a vibrant and inspiring city. The production facility is located right next to our design studio – a close collaboration that enables efficient communication and the utmost attention to detail. Every label is sewn on by hand, and every single piece is carefully inspected before it begins its journey to Hamburg. This close collaboration is characterized by mutual trust, shared ideas, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Our goal is to offer our customers products that combine the highest quality, timeless design, and precision craftsmanship. The selection of our yarns is particularly close to our hearts. We take great care in selecting high-quality materials and are always on the lookout for innovative materials and sophisticated new developments that shape the character of our collections.
